Hawks Ready To Go


The Atlanta Hawks ended their 2007 pre-season with a league best record of 7-1, and their best record since 1983. Whether or not their pre-season record is any indication of the success they will have is open for debate, but it sure feels better than it would had they gone 1-7.

So now the regular season opens tomorrow in Atlanta against Dallas at 7:30 on SportSouth. All we can do now is wait and watch and see if this team can indeed come together for a playoff caliber season. I'll tell you I'm more excited about this season than any one in the past several years. I think this may be the breakout season the Hawks have been waiting for.

On a side note, I know the site still looks kinda empty and crappy right now. Believe me, I will be improving it and adding a lot more to it in time, so keep checking back. And keep watching the Hawks!
